The London sauna scene was sizzling, but Suku Saunas wanted everyone in on the sweat.

The challenge & goals

Fresh on the scene and full of steam, Suku Saunas wanted to turn curious glances into loyal guests. But getting in front of new faces and convincing them to swap a pint for a plunge was no small feat.

Before joining , the team was on a mission to spread the sauna love beyond London’s wellness bubble.

"We were still relatively fresh. Our goal was to get our name out there and spread the sauna love. London sauna scene had kicked off, but things move a bit slower out here in the sticks. We needed to introduce people to the sauna life and get them hooked," George explained.


Getting visibility beyond their loyal local following was the sticking point.

“Getting in front of new customers is never easy. People actively looking for saunas is one thing, but introducing ourselves to audiences who didn’t yet know sauna was missing from their life was the real challenge. We’d had some success through UGC and socials, but we wanted to reach more people without relying on paid ads.”


Why ?

Like most good partnerships, this one started with genuine love for the product.

"I’m a loyal er. I love it and have discovered so many cool brands, restaurants and experiences I would never have found otherwise. It’s also become my go-to for birthday presents 🤫," George expressed.‍


It wasn’t just about shared values it was about alignment.

"We knew would capture our brand perfectly, it was a natural fit.”


Suku Saunas saw as the ideal home for their experience, a platform that celebrates discovery, quality, and the kind of brands that make you say, ‘how have I not found this before?’

“ is incredible at championing cool, up-and-coming brands. They’re selective about who they partner with, which is what makes it so great as a user -  you know the experiences will be top drawer. Aligning ourselves with these brands was a no-brainer. By definition, if you’re a er, you’re up for trying something new. We knew a sauna and cold plunge experience would go down a treat because it’s exactly the kind of thing we’d love to see on !”

The partnership in action

Once the idea was locked, the rest was easy.

“ nailed our brand in one. Activating was a piece of cake - we sent over some photos and they did the rest. We followed it up with a x SUKU challenge, where five ers tackled a series of hot and cold challenges. It was a proper laugh.”


The collaboration struck that rare balance between effortless and effective; exactly how partnerships should feel.

“Like a dream. The team is super on it and just seems to get it, exactly what you want from a partner.”

The outcome

Since launching with , Suku Saunas has seen a steady stream of new customers, from first-timers to full converts.

“A steady stream of new customers. We’ve been amazed at how many people have travelled from London thanks to . We’ve also met local ers who now visit regularly for their monthly sauna and cold plunge fix. It’s a win-win for everyone, especially the ers.”


And beyond the numbers, the brand has found itself part of a bigger story; one that blends wellness, community, and discovery.

"Other than looking amazing on the app and feeling pretty cool seeing ourselves there, the feedback has been fantastic. One loyal customer who visits every week religiously uses his points to fund his sauna and plunge ‘addiction’. There are worse addictions to have 😛”


Looking ahead

For Suku Saunas, partnering with wasn’t just about short-term growth, it was about long-term connection.

“Good vibes all round. The team is great, the app is slick, and we love that people are using their points to invest in their health.”


And there’s more on the horizon.

“We’re working on something even bigger, which hopefully you’ll see on soon. Get saving those points, this one’s going to be next level.”
