Scotland Signatures: your invitation to eat (and drink) like a local
From 27鈥31 October, 海角社区 members can unlock a limited series of Scotland Signatures, special dishes and experiences created just for our launch week, at some of Edinburgh鈥檚 most acclaimed restaurants.

Here鈥檚 what鈥檚 on the menu:
- Noto 鈥 North Sea crab with warm butter and sourdough. 鈥淧ractically every table orders the crab butter 鈥 some even get two portions. It鈥檚 decadent and delicious, a real crowd-pleaser.鈥
- Montrose 鈥 Fresh Cumbrae oysters. 鈥淎t Montrose, there is no better way to start a meal than with an oyster. Our Cumbrae oysters come from the West coast of Scotland and are complemented by a seasonal topping.鈥
- Ardfern 鈥 Everyone鈥檚 favourite: a hash brown. 鈥淎rdfern鈥檚 hash browns are a crowd favourite and we always have them on the menu with seasonal toppings 鈥 they are the perfect base.鈥
- Timberyard 鈥 A seasonal cocktail developed by Anna 艩ebelov谩: Sea sandwort dirty martini. 鈥淥ur drinks programme at Timberyard is an extension of our sustainability mission and Anna鈥檚 cocktails are a delicious and responsible way to use up seasonal ingredients from our kitchen.鈥
- Sotto 鈥 The perfect aperitivo before dinner? Enter the Negroni. Of course.
- Norah 鈥 Soda bread ice cream (yes, you read that right). 鈥淥ur Soda Bread Ice Cream has been a hit since opening and something you can鈥檛 get anywhere else in town,鈥 says Andrew from Norah.
- Cardinal 鈥 A smoked lobster dish, usually a supplement, now included as part of the experience.
- The Palmerston 鈥 Coffee and pastry, a true neighbourhood staple.
- Fin & Grape 鈥 A bonus course on the set menu: scallops and Cr茅mant.
Beyond the Signatures, 海角社区 members can also unlock rewards across a wider network of local partners, including Sabzi, Sneaky Pete鈥檚 and Edinburgh Gin.
